Heavy rainfall triggers massive floods in Spain, immersing houses and forcing residents to flee.
Local media reports the river Guadalhorce reached a height of five meters, overflowing its banks, wreaking havoc on the southern Andalusia region.
The town of Malaga was cut off and 500 residents were left stranded while emergency crews were able to evacuate dozens.
The national weather service also issued wind and snow warnings across the country.
Meanwhile, more heavy rainfall is expected in the Andalusia area.
